These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Wonderful Bananas and its auction services. By creating an account or participating in any auction, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Wonderful Bananas is not a gambling service. Our auctions are skill-based, competitive bidding events where the outcome depends on participants' bidding strategy and activity, not on chance, random draws, or luck. No element of the auction is determined by a random number generator or similar chance mechanism.
Step 1 — Registration: Users register and pay any applicable registration fee. Registration grants access to the auction and initial site balance (if applicable).
Step 2 — Countdown: A fixed countdown begins; participants place bids using site coins/balance. The participant with the highest valid bid when the countdown reaches zero is declared the winner.
Limited Players: Certain auctions may limit the number of participants; limits will be published on the auction page.
Use of bots, scripts, automated tools, multiple accounts, or collusion to influence auction outcomes is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for automated behavior and manipulation; accounts found violating this policy will be suspended and wins voided.
We maintain server logs and bid histories for every auction. Users may request a review of the auction record within 30 days of the auction close. We will provide a redacted copy of the bid log showing timestamps and account identifiers, subject to privacy and legal constraints.
Participants who do not win an auction may purchase the same product directly at the posted direct-buy price (if available). Users may apply any non-refunded site balance (including coins or funds from unsuccessful bids) toward a direct purchase, subject to the site's balance and refund policies. Registration fees and bids are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
By participating you acknowledge that you understand the auction mechanics, fees, and the non-random nature of outcomes. All auction rules, participant limits, and direct-buy options will be clearly displayed on each auction page.
By accessing or using Wonderful Bananas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Joining an auction may require payment of a registration fee. This fee is non-refundable once you register, regardless of whether you win or lose the auction.
Bids are placed using site currency (coins or balance). All bids are final and non-refundable. If you do not win an auction, registration fees and bids placed are not refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost bids, registration fees, or failure to receive won items due to circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonderful Bananas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wonderful Bananas operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you wish to dispute an auction result, request an audit of the bid log, or report irregularities (including suspected bots or manipulation), please contact us within 30 days of the auction close. We will review your request and provide a response in accordance with our auditability policy above.
