Rules

Phase 1 – Registration

• How to join: Create an account, browse open auctions, and click "Join" or "Register" on the auctions you want to enter.
• Registration fee: Each auction requires a small registration fee (displayed on the auction page). This fee is non-refundable once you register.
• Max participants: Each auction has a limited number of slots. Once all slots are filled, registration closes.
• When the auction starts: Once registration is full (or the registration period ends), the auction automatically moves to the running phase.

Phase 2 – Bidding

• Bid increments: You must bid in the specified increment amount (e.g., $0.01). Each bid adds to your total invested for that auction.
• Leader logic: The participant with the highest total invested (registration fee + all bids placed) is the current leader.
• Countdown: Each auction has a countdown timer. When time runs out, the auction ends.
• No bid retraction: All bids are final. You cannot cancel or reverse a bid once it is placed.

Phase 3 – End & Winner

• How the winner is determined: When the auction ends, the participant with the highest total invested is the winner.
• Payment deadline: Winners must complete payment within the timeframe specified (usually 48–72 hours). Failure to pay may result in forfeit of the win.
• Forfeit rules: If a winner does not pay, the auction may be awarded to the next-highest participant or declared void at Wonderful Bananas's discretion.

Account Rules

• One account per person: You may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension or permanent ban.
• Coin usage: Site currency (coins/balance) is used for bids and registration. Balance is non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Banned behavior: Abuse, fraud, harassment, or attempt to manipulate the system will result in immediate action, including account suspension or ban.

Fair Play

• No bots: Use of automated scripts, bots, or tools to bid or participate is strictly prohibited.
• No collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate auction outcomes is forbidden.
• No bid manipulation: Placing bids with no intent to complete the transaction, or any form of bid shielding or shilling, is not allowed.

Consequences for Violations

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Forfeiture of balance, bids, or wins
• Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable
