Shipping occurs only after the winner completes payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details when your item ships.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
We ship via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) depending on package size and destination. The carrier and service level are selected to balance speed and cost.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your package. If you have an account, you can also view tracking in your order history.
