Auction Wins – General Policy

Auction wins are generally final. By participating, you acknowledge that auctions are competitive and that bids and registration fees are non-refundable. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will address genuine issues as described below.

When Returns Are Accepted

We may accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Defective product: The item arrived damaged, broken, or not working as described.
• Wrong item: You received a different product than what you won.
• Not as described: The item significantly differs from the listing (e.g., wrong model, counterfeit).

Returns Process

1. Contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your auction/order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
3. We will review your request and respond with instructions (return shipping label, drop-off location, etc.).
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as site credit, at our discretion. Shipping costs may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered when stock allows (e.g., wrong size, color). Contact us to inquire. We cannot guarantee exchanges for auction wins due to limited availability.

Non-Auction (Regular) Purchases

For standard store purchases (if applicable), we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Follow the same contact process above.

What Is Non-Refundable

• Registration fees paid to join auctions.
• Bids placed on auctions you did not win.
• Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery (unless defective upon arrival).
